It's more of a rent-a-friend type of scenario, but this friend is educated and dedicated to getting you feeling and looking better using nutrition.

What if I don't have a lot of money to spend on a Health Coach?

What if I don't have the time to commit to Health Coaching?
Ask yourself how important your health is to you. There's no way around it, you have to commit some time and effort for this or any other program to be successful. If any program suggests otherwise, be skeptical. Habits, both good and bad, are built over time and repetition. When making a shift towards a healthier lifestyle there's going to be some level of uncomfort. As time progresses, these new healthier habits take the place of old life draining habits and it will be hard to imagine how you used to do things.
